Update: Carnaval has been postponed due to forecasted weather and complex operational considerations for that event, but we are not postponing our ride at this time, the weather may be clear for the time frame.    We will look at the hourly forecast in the morning and make a call about whether we need to cancel or maybe start at a new time.   If you register or are on our email list you will also get an email about any changes.  

Join us for a tour of Somerville, ice cream and Somerville's Carnaval!   We will do a curated group ride, stop as a group for ice cream at JP Licks in Assembly Row, before finishing at Chuckie Harris Park adjacent to the Carnaval Festival taking place on Broadway.   Attendees are responsible for their own ice cream purchases but contact us if that is an obstacle for you participating.

1PM Gather near 48 Grove St Somerville blue bike station, along the Somerville Community Path

1:15PM Depart on ride, see route below.

1:45-2ish Stop at JP Licks in Assembly Row

2ish Complete Ride to Carnaval We can do a group ride back depending on interest.

After we arrive at Carnaval, that will be the end of our event, but if you need help figuring out how to bike home let us know.
